well I can't say enough about this bike it was relatively self-explanatory I'm putting it together. the company did a wonderful job I mean wonderful job at protecting the bike. I am 6 ft tall 160 lb and I got her going 25 miles an hour. customer service is top-notch and the way they package the bike up you could tell they care my bike did not receive not even one scratch nothing totally amazing the performance of the bike is wonderful everything works as should and my son is thrilled of course I had to test drive it now I'm going to have to wind up getting me one I love it so much great job to the company and great job to FedEx. the lock the mirrors the cup holder the alarm system I purchased separately to complete the bike for my son and safety tail light is bright headlight is very bright simply amazing bike

I think it can be tweaked to go faster. Battery lasts a long time; I can ride for hours and still have plenty of charge left. Easy to assemble with a bit of mechanical knowledge. Tube videos help.
