This is a nice bed frame. It's sturdy and doesn't squeak when you move on it. No foundation is required, so you can just throw a mattress on it. The way the description reads is like you don't have to assemble it with screws and tools. I understood that it was a locking system, but you do have to assemble the frame, headboard, and footboard. The slats lock in so there is no screws used for those. It wasn't difficult to put together. I highly recommend!

I recommend

This item is true to the pictures shown. Fits a king size mattress that's about12 inches thick. Theres no sqeaking or wobbling. It took me two hours to assemble by myself and i appreciate that there are no additional tools needed. Good product.
