Easy setup, minor adjustments needed to brakes and front derailleur. The front fender was a bit fussy, but with a bit of tweaking is staying where it belongs. This is exactly what is needed for a running around town bike. It isn't light, so if your looking for a feather weight, redefine your search. It is quite capable of delivering a smooth and comfortable ride when surfaces aren't exactly perfect. I adjusted the seat post spring rate a bit looser than the factory setting to meet my requirement. For excercise, I use a much lighter bike. For gliding around town, visiting, and running errands, this is my bicycle of choice. I was able to exceed my neighbor's one wheel in governed form pulling a slight grade, though I was puffing by the top of the rise. He was showing 19 mph on the gps when I was pulling away from him, so you can get it rolling at a good clip with a bit of effort. I ordered Schwinn's lighting with the bike, finding the quality to be very good. This is a good looking bike. There were some light scuffs from shipping, but nothing a clean and wax didn't solve.
