Could be better, but pretty good.
Like dustpan %26 comb to clean bristles. Broom is a bit wider than the pan so some dirt gets pushed past. Broom bristles are a bit too soft so it takes more effort to get all the dirt and doggy hair into the dustpan. I will probably keep my old broom with the new dustpan. They would make a great team.

Guard cracked when put together.
The handles are several pieces you screw in which means when you sweep they will twist on you. I bought this for the guard that would clean boom out. But, it cracked when put handle on it. Handle is push down not screw on. I’m prob going use different broom handle so they not twist and guard until it completely separates where in pieces where can’t use. Won’t buy this one again. The original I had in my cart was not this one, before I could check out other went out of stock.
