Ready for fun quickly

This was a gift for ny 2 year old nephew. he absolutely loved it! it took less than 20 minutes for his dad to put it together withoutrrading the instructions (not recommended). My nephew was excited to ride it so we didnt get a chance to charge it. He rode around on it both outside and inside, for about an hour and there were no signs of issues with the battery.

The picture online looked way bigger when I opened box it was for a smaller toddler. Assembling the bike one part wouldn't fit properly. I'll be returning. I will say the acceleration was top of the line but top speed was slow. Good product but for a smaller kid my 2-1/2 year was to big.
