Im so happy with this chair! First, its beautiful- it looks very expensive! AND it was SIMPLE to Assemble! All parts were clearly marked! The " wrench" had a handle that made assembly simple and quick! Included were SPARE PARTS- screws- for chair! Its rare to have something so simple to Assemble! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHAIR!

Superior Quality and Comfort.

I'm giving this item 5 stars all around! It took me about 30 mins to put it together, instructions were super clear, and the quality is phenomenal. I was very happy the items were clearly labeled and a Hexagon Wrench was provided. The chair is thick metal on the base and I was impressed with the quality of the plastic on the arms/back of the chair. The plastic is such good, heavy quality similar to the plastic in your car! The seat is firm, yet comfortable - with an easy to clean mesh fabric. The arm rests flip up if you choose not use them. The hydraulic is smooth and works each time. This chair is nicer than what I could buy at a big box store. Just look at the photos I provided - it's also cat approved!
