I am happy with this mattress. Some reviews of other med firm mattresses said firmer than expected, so went with this as I didnt want too firm. It is more of a medium feel to me, which I like. The euro top is nice feels cozy. Mine did not expand fully to 14 but did reach 13" which was fine for me. Could be because I left boxed for a week after receiving. Don't know. Overall happy with it though.
