Missing Cushion Adhesive Velcro

Bench came as described but the single cube corner piece cushion is missing the Velcro adhesive to stick to the corner piece (only one side of the Velcro adhesive. Also one of the long cushion was damaged. Reached out to seller for missing parts but no reply.
