Spring valley magnesium glycinade

This product is one of the best I've purchased in a while to help my boys relax and be calmed before bedtime. I would definitely purchase these again

Good taste. Gummies are easier to chew and swallow

I am an elderly person and not a kid. and i take these because they are easier to chew and swallow. This magnesium helps me to sleep and have health benefits.

Easy Option for Kids

I like that this gives us a kid-friendly way to add magnesium to the routine. It's convenient and easy to give. I also appreciate having a magnesium glycinate option made specifically for children.
