Actually they were for my son! He is satisfied with them but they're 50 mcg and I should have purchased a higher content! But it was the only one I saw so I opted for them! But he's okay with them he just takes two! It's a good quantity for the price and If you don't have a higher dosage I won't hesitate to purchase this exact one again! My son has MS so vitamins are very crucial!
