This doesn't heat water well enough to keep. I tried every adjustment and it wouldn't warm up past 15°C = 60°F. Far too cold for a shower. I will try a different unit. Perhaps a 18L unit.

Hello Jackie! We are very sorry, our water heater did not meet your expectations. There are several reasons why the water heater might not reach the desired temperature even though it ignites and works normally: First, switch from summer mode to winter mode. Second, turn the gas valve to the highest setting. Third, also turn the water valve to the highest setting; this should raise the temperature.
