True to size, butter soft leather mild to your foot, and are very comfortable, while still providing arch support. The second time I wore them, we had a transformer blow in our office and had to go down 12 flights of stairs, and additional walking that evening to attend a committee meeting. The shoes held up well and my feet didn't hurt by the end of the day.
