i like the screw on top. it works better than the hinged flip top other brands have. you can propwrly clise it with the screw top. snd with less bulk at the top, you can get more out of the tube. it has helped with my sensitive teeth but does not white well. it cleans my teeth well with tooth brush and electric tooth brush. vlean out of brushes well at the end. Does little to freshen breath. Doesnt make it worse either. Recommend a mouth wash that freshens your breathe .
