Absolutely amazing product.

I am writing a rather lengthy review since I am the first reviewer and am hoping it will make things easier for you. I purchased this scooter to use only occasionally since I am unable to walk distances like amusement parks, mall, etc. I have only had this scooter for a week but I can already tell u that I am so happy with this product. Assembly was a bit challenging. The written instructions enclosed are confusing and don't provide complete information, however, there is a QR code on the back of the battery and also on the enclosed insert that takes u to a video which helped VERY much. I am an elderly woman but was able to assemble it myself. I will need help to load it into my car since it is quite heavy, which is a good thing since it gives the scooter more stability. The biggest problem I had was installing the battery. The insert says to make sure that the silver button on the bottom of the battery is popped out. It was, but it still did not connect. I removed the battery and noticed that the one ELECTRODES was pushed in. I pressed it, it popped out. I reinstalled the battery, making sure the silver button was aligned with the contact. The scooter beeped and was ready to go. The battery came fully charged. I am a small woman of 5' so I really appreciate that the handlebar, seat and armrests are adjustable. After making the adjustments, it fits me perfectly. This is a very compact scooter. Although it says it will hold 300 lbs and videos show men driving it, I'm not sure how comfortable it would be regarding leg room for a tall person. Very easy to operate. good turning radius, comfortable seat and has a removable "key", providing some security. However, it can still be pushed when the key is removed so you may want to consider some other means of securing it should you leave it alone. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Great product at a GREAT price. Delivery was super fast and was packaged very well to avoid any damage.
