Upon initial delivery, the chair that I received had some manufacturing issues; sometimes, things "just happen". I immediately contacted the seller, and they responded quickly; they were very friendly and understanding of the issue. After sending them photos of the problem I discovered when I unpacked the shipment, they went above and beyond to address it fully and provided me with resolution options to choose from. Ultimately, the issue was fully resolved, and the replacement chair that they sent now sits beautifully within my residence. In my life I've learned that it is often not a matter of "if" something will "go wrong", but "when" something will happen; when these things take place, you can only hope for the best resolution. I'm happy to report that this turned out with a "best resolution" ending. I thank the seller for acting kindly, courteously, and swiftly to meet my needs; I could not ask for more. Thank you!

I purchased two of these and they look great and are surprisingly comfortable! Take your time with the assembly especially with the screws for the back seat rest. For the seat it's possible to screw in and puncture the wood cracking the wood in back. That didn't happen for me but I could see how easily it could happen. Just barely screw them in by hand until slight snug. No complaints about these chairs. They really compliment my modern interior and I'm beyond impressed with the quality!
