Be aware this is not a decorative item. It is a very small "starter" piggy bank if you want to teach a child to save. That was my intention in buying one for each of my great-grandaughters for Christmas. They will also receive each a roll of pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters to put in their bank to get them started. It was helpful to my project that the bank comes in different colors, one for each child.

This is a basic durable piggy bank that does the job. The young children that received them are very happy. They are a bit on the smaller side but for younger children they'll do just fine.
