I had an issue with the left arm but the manufacturer was right on top of getting it replaced for me. This made me plus my cats very very happy! I've suggested this chair in my gaming groups online as well when folks are looking for recommendations!

great chair. instructios. are pretty straight forward. only thing is that the footrest couldn't fit under the seat so I will need to add some kind of wood or something to give it the depth it needs to install the footrest.
