The app is pretty straightforward to use and easy to connect to your phone.. which is another thing I like the fact that you can hang on to your phone and see your weight... I need to take off a few pounds.. And this is going to make that a lot easier by seeing day by day what I've done... overall... I'm glad I purchased this... I don't know how long the battery life is but I guess I'll find that out... But as of right now I'm completely satisfied with this product and would buy it again
