I set some plants out to root then I transplanted them in this pot. I love these pots they are so worth their money and they are pretty much maintenance free after you put your plant in the pot. You have to remember to water them.

I bought this for my peace plants. I plan on repotting them. Naturally, I'll need a second one. But you also need to purchase a growing pot that is those plastic whole pots. they're not pretty they are usful . it needs to fit on the shelf inside this pot. and then the wick usually cotton goes into the bottom below it where the water will be. you pick up the plant and you put water in the bottom of the pot. this pot comes handily with a pour spout an area that sticks out for you to put a watering can too. much easier than picking up the plant lol. I've attached pictures I hope they help. so the wick acts like something to pull up the water into the plant , so the plant only takes what it needs versus its roots getting sopped with water and draining down.. the reservoir seems fine. soil does not go in that pot.The pot that goes inside the pot is what holds the soil. i think it's nice and sharp looking.I got black.I don't know why I did but I like the look.It makes the green pop. i did put a picture just to show you what the Wick looks like. It's in another pot. this is encase , you've never seen one before.. it gives you an idea that the pot goes into the pretty pot. I hope this helped you in some way. I do recommend the pot. specially , since it is meant for the way , I described a pot within a pot.
