Everything about this plant pot is exquisite!

I admit I was surprised and delighted when I unboxed this ceramic pot. It reminded me of something that might be handed down from your grandmother -- or purchased in a higher-end department store. The quality, the *feel* of it, the cracked glaze finish overlaying the finely-rendered floral design ... it seems like a hand-thrown piece of pottery, sturdy and hefty and yet ... delicate. The handles are such a nice touch! -- the pot would've been lovely without them, but *with* them, the whole piece is elevated to art. Plus, the handles make you feel more secure when carrying from one spot to another. The little rubber "feet" prevent the pot from scratching surfaces, and also stabilizes it in place. Nice. The drainage hole has a well-fitted, sturdy and flexible plug. This piece is pretty enough to put on a shelf, but it's made to grow things! And unlike many "fine" pots, it's suitable for outdoor life, too. Love it!

Ceramic pot with handles

Using this ceramic pot to grow some herbs. It can be used indoors or outside so I can move it when it needs to and is fade resistant. Very sturdy and well made. The opening at the top is about 5”, at the girth is 6” and is 6” tall. The pot has a drain hole with a rubber stopper. Blue embossed floral pattern with burgundy accents. Flat bottom with pads to prevent slipping. Handles are useful and decorative. Available in blue, gray or green for less than $25. Whether using live plants with dirt, fake greenery/flowers or as a decorative piece it is easy to clean and reuse from year to year.

Great planter for indoors

This is a beautiful planter! Of course you could use it for anything else, even in the kitchen to hold utensils by the stove. It would be beautiful for that. It does have a hole in the bottom with a little stopper so it would not be ideal as a vase unless you were going to showcase faux flowers. I included a photo so you can see the size accurately. It is a very lovely planter.
