Ordered the recliner because I was going to have neck surgery. When the chair arrived everything was fine. It is a comfortable chair, but the adjustable headrest didn't work. So I only received a single motor recliner not a dual motor recliner. I unfortunately don't have time to mess around with returning the chair which would be a pain. It would've been really nice of a quote as it was shown.
