Great product, not so great seller

The product itself would have been excellent, except that it arrived opened, missing the tassel at the bottom of the tin, and the chocolates, which were supposed to be individually dusted with cocoa, were all melted together into clumps. Very disappointed with the shipper, Cheapees. I would have asked for a refund, but I took too long to write this review.
