Do not wash the memory foam core—spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry completely. Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry. Note: This product is vacuum-sealed for shipping. A slight odor and wrinkles upon opening are normal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the product to fully expand and air out; gently fluff to help restore its shape.

Great for neck pain and staying cool.
I've tried several ergonomic pillows, and this is one of the better ones for side sleeping. The contour fits perfectly around the shoulder, which keeps my spine aligned and prevents that "crunched" feeling in the morning. The foam is high quality and doesn't have a chemical smell. Plus, the washable cover makes maintenance easy. Highly recommend if you wake up with a stiff neck!
