these girls packages are super cute and very well made with double stitching throughout and the bows are sewn on really well also and it's almost impossible to get them off. maybe you could use a razor blade if you didn't want them on there. they're biggie but not too baggy and the elastic waistline is good for approximately three to four inches. I would say the waistline is approximately a 24 to a 28 inch and the inseam is 28 inches also. the color is a nice summer light blue, very attractive. I would definitely recommend these for one of your little princess girls. description it says a girls 10 to 12, but I would actually wear a size one in petite women's and it fits me perfectly and that is why I know the inches of waistline and inseam, so take my word for it. I think it's a very good purchase and I think you will be very satisfied to to the look, the sewing. they are super cute they really are but if they didn't have the bows I would wear them myself, but they are definitely for a child.
