Not what I expected

This item was arrived 6 days late. It is nothing like I expected. I ordered a L but it was way too big all over plus the arms lyes about an inch past my fingers. The material is terrible not the waffle type I thought as described. Very disappointing this company has no clue about size and do not describe item well.
