a lifesaver!

for the price this is an excellent product. it works well and my cats have no problem using it. I think for the price this is a must-have. the only thing I noticed is if you feel it to the max line with litter, the cats will ultimately knock some litter out onto the floor. other than that wonderful product cleanup is an ease, open the drawer pull the baggie out, replace and close the door and you're done!

Pet Pivot Saves the Day!

The Pet Pivot has changed everything! It's nice not having to scoop daily. I have 3 cats and they all use it. I empty it once a week. It's quiet and easy to disassemble. There hasn't been an issue with smelling. Now for what problems I had. It has gotten stuck one time because of dirty sensor(from litter) and I had to push the button to cycle it through. Litter is still outside of the box because my cats love scratching at it. I found a large mat to go under and it catches all the litter. Then I just dump it back in. I bought a second one since it works so well.

Very happy with my purchase

I was intimidated by this cat litter auto cleaning box and not very convinced that it worked very well but it surpassed expectations of a true believer and me as the skeptic that I am-it really took me by surprise. I'm very happy with the purchase.
