How it works - The total cleaning spends 10 minutes
(1) Cat leaves the litter box, 1 minutes later the machine star to work.
(2) Star 1 minute of Pre-cleaning half-turn to bury the waste.
(3) Wait for 5 minutes. The machine will remain stationary for 5 minutes to allow better clumping, less sticking and easier cleaning.

Happy with product after one month of use

One month in and very thrilled with this purchase. Need to empty the bin more often than expected but it is easy. I use the manual mode exclusively, if it was set to auto mode then it would fill the bin and I wouldn't know it and then the cats would not be able to use it.

I like everything about this litter box, but I can say for those with older cats that still use the traditional litter box, if you do buy this he will use it but you need to keep your old box next to and keep it turned off and don't scoop from his regular litter box, after a week of not scooping I put it outside now he goes in the PetPivot but I still have not turned it on yet it's been only 3 days, after about a week of me scooping from the PetPivot I will turn it on. I don't want to scare him. Good luck and the PetPivot is great! Oh also I made a set of steps for him to climb up.
