i am suprised when i get the package， because of the size and when i open it and unfold it, i know this is what i need. It can easily fold and unfold in order to move around the house and when I don't need it anymore, i can fold to minimize it to safe the space of my house. It is firm when unfold, because of the design where it need to be unlock first on the bottom in order to unlock the upper pail, so the lock is very tight and safe for infant to sleep in. Love it
