it is just like the photo it comes with a bassinet changing table. If your baby doesn't accident on the changing table, it is wipeable does not leave any stains. It also has a bottom part for the baby to sleep there I bought a mattress. It's a nice set up. I set it up when I was six months pregnant. It took me about 45 minutes to do. It also comes with a travel bag so you can be mobile with it and it also comes with a little storage part where you can store diapers wipes, bottles, etc.. the convenience it has for a new Mom's are wonderful. I definitely recommend it. I can use this until my baby is a toddler.
