Shirt fit for a young tea cup poodle.

I bought this item because the seller advertised it as being a 4 XXXXL. What I got was a shirt in a plastic bag that had a 4 XXXXL sticker on the bag, which was almost large enough to fit a small tea cup poodle, provided it was still young! At the next board meeting someone needs to bring up insertion of a star rating on the scale above, that includes negative numbers that reach down to the scale of a Black Hole.
