We previously owned the pet pivot 11 and upgraded. Love the new features. The 12's waste bin is a lot deeper and the hinge top makes changing the waste bag so much easier. The cats love the step which is also another improvement with the 12. All four of our cats use this litter box. Two of them hate change and are scared of their own shadow and use it. When we first made the change we left their old litter box set up for a month while they "got used to the pet pivot" and then they started only using the pet pivot so we took the old style liter box away! 10/10 recommend this product. Like i previously said we had the 11 prior and it worked amazingly. We had for over a year with no issues. I do recommend still getting a liter mat for underneath the front exit. Dont wait to make the change because you won't regret it.
