(It's a sturdy metal spoon for the powder to measure out your servings.) Plus, get a milk frothier for mixing. The milk frothier can vibrate quickly in a rotating motion to break up the powder so there's no clumping. (It's faster than mixing it myself with a regular spoon) The flavor is a bit strange. I was expecting something like grass or matcha, but it's hard to describe it. but we feel a big difference in our good health whenever we skipped a day.
