I purchased two corner modules, two one-seat modules and two ottomans. I like the cloth. It seems durable. It is a soft fabric and is not plush or fuzzy, but I was not looking for that. I did not want the corduroy look of most boneless sectionals, so I'm happy with the fabric choice. In my space, the gray fabric comes off as dark gray with a bluish tone. The corners and the ottomans are great. They inflated nicely and are firm, yet comfortable, and are more supportive than I expected. The firm foam arms on the corners support a bowl and you can place your phone or the remote up there and they stay put. The ottomans are very useful and are firm enough to support a tray for snacks while watching TV. The one-seat pieces are a big disappointment. Even after leaving everything alone for 72 hours of recovery, using heat and pressing and tapping the foam to help them along, both are about an inch shorter than the height of the backs of the corner pieces. The difference is noticeable. The foam also does not seem as firm as the corners or ottomans. The one-seat modules are also missing the Velcro straps the corners and ottomans have for joining the sections together, so you can't keep everything in one place. I've added some additional grippy pads to the bottom to limit sliding, but it would be much better if all the pieces could be linked as shown in the instructions. I like the modular design and like being able to create different groupings but I'm looking for alternative ways to hook the pieces together. In summary: corners: 5 stars; ottomans: 5 stars; one-seaters: 2.5 stars; overall: 4 stars.
