one of the pieces was cracked. i contacted support via the chat but no one has gotten back to me about it. :/ also, my very small kids (3 and 5 years old) were playing on the top bunk and the whole thing was swaying. i got a max and lily bunk bed because i heard they were sturdy with a 400lb max on the top bunk, but i was surprised to see it sway the way it did.
