I received a damaged table. Maxwood offered to send a replacement of the middle wood plank and a touch up kit for the other damaged piece. After 2 hours of assembly, now I will have to take table apart to add the replacement piece. Would not even give me a discount because I ordered from a third party Wal Mart. You get what you pay for!!

I love this bed but it would better if the screws could be labeled individually in separate pouches. I had to do a lot of checking to make sure I had the correct screw by the pictures in the instructions. Also if there would be more written instructions with the pictures.

Just allegedly received the bed I ordered. I only got the fire truck curtain. Where is the bed? We have sons bedroom tore apart because his BED was supposed to be out for delivery. See picture FedEx posted as delivered. NOT A BED in a teeny box. I have attempted 4 times to contact this seller and receive error messages. IS THIS A SCAM SITE?
