These arrived in perfect shape; box undamaged, shoes never been removed from the box. The colors are fantastic; there isn't much theses won't go with. The little detail of the pink shoelace crossing over the vamp and coming together behind the heel is an interesting touch. Serves no purpose, but is really cute. Comfort? It feels like you're standing/walking on a very thick, very high quality fatigue mat. My feet are super flat, but I can feel the arch support doing its job too. They don't stick to the floor, neither do they slide or slip; perfect amount of traction. IMO, they run just slightly small; I say this because I wear a 6 1/2 and the suggested size for me for this shoe was size 6. The smallest size available was 7, but I ordered them anyway, thinking I could just wear thicker socks or add a thin insole. Turns out, the size 7 is exactly what I need in this shoe; it's perfect! Had my regular size been available, my toes would have touched the ends and I can't wear shoes that way. My only caution is that those of you who are like me and cannot wear a manmade material shoe for more than an hour without having the feet screaming to get out. These are charmingly 'vegan', which means they are made of synthetic materials that look like leather, but that's where the similarity ends. If they were leather, I'd buy pairs for wearing long term instead of just a quick trip to the grocery store. I do absolutely recommend these, though; they are fantastic shoes.
