Depends on your tastes

Usually prefer a darker roast. First couple of pots brewed were not as finely ground as we usually do. Have ground it finer and used a bit more per pot brewed. Taste is not bitter and is easy to drink. Will probably go for a dark roast in the future, but you don't know unless you try it, eh?
