Just took a few of the pieces to NY and back. For the price, this set is well worth it. If you intend to travel a LOT and check the bags, I'm not sure how well they would hold up over time. But, somewhat infrequent travel? They're perfect. Sizes are great, lots of interior space, lightweight, the wheels seem pretty sturdy, zippers are great, and the bigger sizes come with a built-in lock.

Sturdy and a Great Bang for the Buck!

This 4-piece luggage set is sturdy and a really great value for the cost! This is my first hard-shell set and wasn't sure what to expect. But, I just returned from a vacation where two pieces (the 16" and 24") were airport-tested and they survived the aggressive banging and jostling extremely well. The wheel movement is great; I was able to handle two pieces with ease. The "blue" color is refreshing and made it easier for me to spot in the sea of luggage at baggage claim. My only desire would be to have an "outside pocket" (like my previous set) especially on the small carry-on in order to access items I need at my fingertip. But, overall, I am pleased with this purchase.
