Ktaxon Queen Loft Bed with Wardrobe, Bunk Bed Frame with Desk and LED Light, Black

I'm happy with this bed. I had a strict budget and this bed did the job. I liked the option to put the ladder on different sides because we have a small space / room assembly wasn't bad (did it in one evening), The directions aren't super clear that the top and bottom are for positioning the closet on one side or the other, but I was able to figure it out. So, they're not terribly confusing either. I assembled by myself and my 6 yo. At one point, I had to balance the top on its legs and used my son to just hold it still. It'll definitely be easier with 2 people, but it can be assembled alone(ish). - I appreciate the outlet that can be used when you're on the top (wish it had a movable shelf too) the long desk feels solid and gives lots of space to do work (and isn't too low so you can add a regular chair if needed the drawer is easy to open and shut lots of shelf space (and the $3 target baskets fit perfectly). I wish the shelves had backs (or the option to put a back on them to prevent things from falling. - I'm not a fan of the closet curtain. It's super stiff and too thick. It feels like outdoor furniture material or something you'd find in an RV. I will probably change that at some point or just keep the closet open. - The lights are not super bright and the adhesive is not strong. Mine already fell, so that could be improved. I also wasn't sure where the lights were supposed to attach. - The biggest downside is the lack of a shelf for putting things while you're on the top of the bed. I used zip ties to add a shelf but it's still not the best work around. I tried a strong magnetic shelf but there's not a good spot to put it, enough for the magnet to have a strong hold. If this were added, the bed would be incredible. Given my budget, I accept that it was a compromise I'd have to make. Overall, I'm happy with the bed and would purchase again .
