This ergonomic office chair has been a great upgrade to my home office. The adjustable air lumbar support is the standout feature, it lets me fine-tune the lower back support, which makes a noticeable difference during long hours at the desk. The high-back design provides excellent support for both the upper back and shoulders, and the headrest adds extra comfort when leaning back. The leather upholstery feels soft yet durable and gives the chair a professional, executive look. The seat cushion is thick and supportive without being too firm, so it stays comfortable even after extended use. I also appreciate the flip-up armrests, which make it easy to slide the chair under the desk or sit closer when needed. Overall, this chair offers impressive comfort, adjustability, and quality for the price.

I ordered this Primy Ergonomic Office Chair from Walmart because of the air-adjustable lumbar support in the lower backrest feature. Sometimes my lower back acts up and I can now quickly increase the lumbar support when needed. I can also quickly decrease it if I want to slouch. The instructions to assemble the chair are printed on 11 ¾ inches long and 8 ¼ inches wide paper --with large print for seniors to easily read! The instructions are well-written and illustrated. It isn't very often you receive instructions this good. Everything you need to assemble the chair is included. There were no missing parts or tools. A total of 30 screws and an Allen wrench are used to assemble the chair. The most difficult task was connecting an arm rest to both the seat cushion and back cushion because one of the holes was hidden under some fabric, preventing the screw from fastening. I took a little over an hour to assemble the chair. The chair looks well-designed and feels comfortable. It rolls easily over tile, wood laminate and carpeted floors. I sat in it for over an hour without tiring or discomfort. The fabric looks well stitched. The chair height is easy to adjust. Same with the lumber support, where you squeeze the Inflation Handle to increase the support. The backrest and seat are at the perfect dimensions for me and are well-padded. The backrest can recline and lock, then simply unlock it. The arm rest flip up if you need to push the chair under a table. Note: I found adjusting the side lever to raise or lower the chair was easier when the right arm rest was raised. The only negatives: 1-When attaching the seat to the air rod, I couldn't tell if the seat had locked into the air rod completely. I still don't know. 2-The chair can't be lowered lower. I need an additional 2-3 inches to use my portable computer stand I've been using sitting in an armchair. Neither of these negatives are a show-stopper from recommending this chair. I just hope the padding, stitching and air rod hold up for many years. I recommend buying this Primy Ergonomic Office Chair.
