It seems like a fine chair, however I will never say I'm happy with the prices. You need to continue to bring prices in line with COST. Not PROFITS. Best Little Office Chair Ever

I had a little difficulty working out the lift; could not get the chair up. After watching a video and reading suggestions, I held my fist at the center of the chair, where the gas lift is, before moving the lever up. BINGO, the chair sprung up. Then, I had the dilemma of getting it down to where I needed it. Again, after applying what I learned in the video, I was able to get it just right. It was very suble going down, and at first, I didn't realize it did. The chair is a pleasure, and I feel proud of myself, that I was able to put it togethe easily, and then working it out.

nice and easy to put together and it's all heavy duty plastic except for 2 metal screws so I feel comfortable taking it outside to water the garden and not fear lightning strikes! the seat is like memory foam and the chair is light as a feather... it's a smart purchase to have around...
