Nice looking but very noisy chair

Bought the chair for a 300 pound person and it creaks and makes all kinds of noises right out of the box. The chair says it is for up to 500 pounds and even a 110 pound person sitting in it gets creaks and snaps as soon as the chair was set up. The massage and heating features are nice.
