This case makes my screen very unreliable. I have to keep pressing areas and it may or may not work. I was confused as I knew the phone worked fine in the case I just swapped from. After trial and error, I figured out it works fine at first after snapping the inner casing on. It's only after putting on the out protection where things go down hill. It is a very rigid outer backing and I think it just squeezes the screen in too tight. I don't know how it would work without the screen protector I have and am not willing to remove it to check. I liked the color and love the price so I'm still giving points for that. Maybe someone else can tell others if it works without a screen protector.
