I have chronic pain issues and I was leery about this chair because it's supposed to be for sitting across when we get in i have chronic pain issues. Due to the cost of this chair, I didn't have any high expectations. But it is absolutely wonderful great support. You don't need any extra cushion or padding. It is extremely supportive. I have chronic back pain and I have difficulty sitting for any length of time and this chair is like you just sat on a cloud. I have two other office chairs that I am actually going to replace now with ordering two more of these chairs. Unbelievably excellent product best office chair I've ever bought and I got it for sale for almost $50 off.

Extremely Comfortable - Good Buy - 1 Issue

Very well made, easy to assemble, comfortable, beautiful, and functional! PROS: The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. Only took about 30 minutes to assemble. The casters are quiet and roll smoothly and easily. The color is exactly as pictured (Blue). The fabric is soft and smooth. The cushioning on the seat is thick and comfortable. All dimensions are as advertised. I'm 5'3", and to sit cross-legged, I need to remove the little lumbar pillow. When sitting cross-legged, the back support is very comfortable. The height adjustment lever works perfectly. CONS: We followed the instructions for allowing rocking or adjustment of the back tilt, but no matter what we did, it felt exactly the same. I could not make it rock. I could not adjust it tilted farther back or forward. As it is by default, the back angles back slightly instead of being at 90 degrees to the seat (which would be more comfortable), especially for a chair this deep. Therefore, the little lumbar pillow they provided is not sufficient for back support when sitting with feet on the floor. I will need to get a larger lumbar pillow for that. Meanwhile, I'm going to contact the seller to see if it is supposed to be 90 degrees and, if so, how we can fix it so that it is. Overall, I'm very happy with the chair. I will update my review if the seat cushion doesn't hold it's support, but so far, it's very comfortable.
