the directions were not very helpful in descriptions and all the screw to connect drawers to tracks were to small and to short. I had to go out and buy screws and locking nuts to make connect them and make it usable

Disappointed in the color versus the website photo

I returned this very heavy item to the store because upon opening the box I saw that the color was far darker than the website photo. This seems to be a common issue with buying online. I wanted to like this piece and thought per the photo it had a unique two tone wood look with darker trim. But it was more like dark walnut and did not coordinate with the other wood furniture in my bedroom. Not sure why it had to be so heavy with thick panels when it is not a load bearing item.

Pretty but not recommended

The finish on the wood is inconsistent- several areas were unsanded or had odd colored stain. The "real wood" as claimed in the description has particle board underneath, so the screws rip out easily if alignment during construction goes badly. Instructions are vague rather than detailed. One of the drawers won't stay on track and is unusable. Overall not a good solid piece of furniture. Luckily they were on sale %26 will last a while (as long as they are not moved).
