Pokemon Trading Card Games Mega Evolution 2.5 Ascended Heroes Booster Bundle

This item was advertised as new and condition brand new. In details it explained that the Pokemon trading cards and box would come brand new, unopened, not resealed or used. However when it arrived the box was damaged, and inside the box the card packs were all opened already. Walmart refused to give me a refund even though when I placed the order it did not tell me that it was coming from a third party. I got scammed. And no one at your establishment is helping me to report this scammer. And no one is helping me to get my money back or replace the items. Horrible and disappointing customer services, products, and resolution. I will never buy from Walmart again, online or in store as long as they continue to allow sellers like this. I will be escalating this as much as I can.

All three items were delivered damaged. Two of the three items were so severely damaged that the box was deformed. The plastic wrapping on all three of the items had cut marks in them and into the box. Lad an actual collector I am not pleased at all how these items were packed and shipped.
