I really enjoyed how it's all put together and you just need to basically connect it to use it. Speed is great. I love that. It gives you a countdown to start and to stop and a really great size for indoors. I have mine under the bed and when I want to get my daily step in, just bring it out do my steps and push it back under. Overall, a great product.
