Worth the money

Disclaimer I am not a health professional or doctor. This is what I did to lose 10 pounds. This walking pad is amazing. I've had it since February 17th. And today is March 18 And I've gone from 197 to 187. I did also take apple cider vinegar tablets from Walgreens to help with appetite and ate about 1200 calories a day. I usually walk for about an hour and walk 10k steps. It doesn't overheat, the motor seems strong, and it's kind of quiet. I love the price. I bought it for $100 minus tax and I think it's very much worth it. I'm glad I didn't buy a $300 walking pad. You should get this one even if it's a little more expensive than what I paid for it (like $110 or so). I haven't used the incline yet but I will try it one day! Thank you Aquvii!
