Difficult to find extra wide casual shoes in non-athletic styles, so this one was a great find. Too early to speak to durability, but it seems well constructed from quality materials. The inside seaming is smooth and comfortable, the elastic non binding. A bit difficult to get into, so I use a shoehorn. (This could be solved by a little more elastic or a little less length on top.) Very light weight, yet comfortably supportive. Great buy!

The extra wide size is perfect for my big, wide feet. So comfortable. No break in necessary. Can wear all day. Easy to slip on and off especially at airports. Lightweight so great for packing for air travel. They give enough traction so no slippage on wet surfaces. The cushioned sole makes walking on cement and hard surfaces easy.
