DISAPOINTED

Has NO washing instructions. will shrink ALOT when I got it, it was big on me I washed it and now the arms are tight, so I don't want to wear it. and it is not as long as it was when I first tried it on. and I was looking so forward to wearing it. DISAPOINTED.
